El monumento Art Decó más magnífico de la ciudad, revestido de vibrantes azulejos de terracota turquesa y rematado por una histórica torre de reloj azul neón.

beautiful building with a little cafe and sunglasses store. i like how tall the building is and the colors of blue and gold and the seating outside the building. also cool that they’re filming across the street.
Very nice Art Deco architecture building for Condominium residents in downtown Los Angeles Johnny Depp is a former resident up on the Penthouse floor until Amber Heard went mental & Johnny wanted no more of her.
There is a beautiful corner loft in this building that’s for sale by owner:) - thelightfilledloft . com It should go to someone who appreciates it’s magic, there really is nothing like this incredible building. The residents that live there are wonderful, the neighborhood is impossibly hip, and the building itself is the jewel of LA. 💎🌃💙
Ugly on the outside. The building does not look good at all. The streets are no better.
